The upcoming Fear of God ESSENTIALS x Converse looks to muted colour palettes for a sleek, contemporary take on the basketball classic, with updated details that separate these sneakers from the classic high top design. The hotly anticipated collab features two colourways including a Black and Ivory iteration that are both set to be a sell-out.
Clean, classic and timeless perfectly describes the FOG x Converse arriving in a duo of monochrome colour palettes and dressed from heel to toe in premium canvas. The collaboration between Jerry Lorenzo’s ESSENTIALS line and Converse is nothing short of perfection, taking on the minimalist, stripped-back style.
A two-tone aesthetic colours both sneakers, with black canvas working around the side panels of the black and white Fear of God Converse and the tongue and laces contrasting in cream. An extra lace loop attached to the heel of both shoes allows the wearer to get that old school look, wrapping the laces around the back of the heel for added support around the ankle.
The Ivory FOG Chuck 70 top takes on a lighter and brighter aesthetic, with a creamy coloured upper and black leather tongue that joins at the black toe cap. ESSENTIALS branding graces the heel of the left shoe, whilst the iconic All Star badge decorates the medial sidewall. Cushioned midsoles deliver premium comfort, crafted from durable rubber and given a slightly chunkier look that we’re loving.
Dropping on the 26th March, you’ll have to be quick if you’re wanting to cop the Fear of God x Converse Black and Ivory, make sure you keep it locked to The Sole Womens to find out as soon as they release!
